This is a static website. It sets no cookies and does no tracking. The German privacy notice is the original text.

Hosting

The pages are delivered by Cloudflare. Cloudflare processes IP addresses technically in order to deliver the site. That includes ordinary connection data, in particular the IP address, the time, the address you opened, and the browser type. The legal basis is the legitimate interest in running the site reliably (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).

Appearance

If you choose a light or dark appearance, your browser stores that choice locally on your device (localStorage). It is not sent to a server. Without JavaScript the site follows your system setting. Fonts are served from this site. There is no request to a font service.

Email

If you write to contact@ckremsner.com, I use what you send in order to answer. The legal basis is Art. 6 (1) (b) GDPR for pre-contractual communication and (f) GDPR for handling the request. Messages stay stored while the request is open, and after that only if a legal duty requires it.

Your rights

You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, and portability, and you can object to processing, where the law provides those rights.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Österreichische Datenschutzbehörde).
